We at Dreamwholesaler represent our products as best we can by the detailed pictures, as well as the descriptions on our listings. Thus we can offer an exchange only, on all purchases made on our website. The following criteria will qualify you for an exchange: wrong size purchased, defective or damaged goods received. Any other reason, or reasons, will also be considered on a case by case basis. We must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of your package, and the goods must be returned in the exact same condition as when received. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges. We inspect every product before shipping it out, so we know the condition of the product before it is shipped. If a package is received in damaged condition (ie. box is crushed) because of mishandling by the post office, we recommend that you contact us by email the same day that you receive the package. Most of our products are not easily damaged, so it would require quite a bit of heavy mishandling by the post office to damage the product (ie. box gets stepped on, or ran over by a forklift). In this case, you will need to open the package in front of your Postal Carrier, and deny the package if the contents are damaged. In which case the Post Office will return the package to us.
For DVD Box Sets in which one or a few of the disks are bad, we simply mail new disks to the customer without requiring them to send the bad disks back.
